Week 1 ; Introduction and Reflection Introduction My name is Prapasri Poopayang. I am a nurse from Thailand. For now I am a first year PhD student in the faculty of health sciences. My research is aimed to explore the relationship between health literacy and negative health outcomes by conducting in female adolescents in my country. My research project is a mixed methods design. It is not only quantitative knowledge requires to achieve the goal of the research, but qualitative is needed to make a deep understanding to reduce the bias of the research as much as possible. So, it is important for me to know philosophy of both quantitative and qualitative designs for conducting my research contained both trustfulness and worthiness.
